Camp and
Vacation Camps
Children count down
to return to the popular and multifaceted "Y" camp which has
a registration of close to 400 children each summer. The
camp offers programs for children ages
2˝ to 15. Kindercamp, for the youngest, offers parents varied time
options while Y-HO-CA, Kinneret and Chaverim (Orthodox
Jewish Camp) provide a full schedule. Fifth and sixth graders
find their niche in a travel camp geared to them, while C.I.T.
(Counselor-In-Training) and Teen Travel programs are a sell-out
each year. It’s never too
early to register! Vacation camps are in session when your
child’s school is not. Trips, swimming, sports, crafts, are
all part of the program. Please call the "Y" for the
complete list of days and programs offered.
Early
Childhood
Quality and experience are synonymous with our "Y" Child
Care. Working parents are assured of leaving their children
as young as six weeks and up through the preschool years in
an environment designed for fun-filled days of play,
education and socialization. Jewish culture and hands-on
experiences are also introduced to children through Shabbat
programs, and celebration of all Jewish holidays. The "Y"
offers full-time care in our Infant Care, Transition, Nursery,
"Four plus Five" and
Pre-School programs. The "Y" is also proud to
offer Toddler and half-day
Kinder-garten Programs, as well as varied classes. This is the perfect way to introduce
your child to an educational setting. Our slogan is, "The "Y"
is the place to be, where your child receives T.L.C."
Senior
Adult/Mature
"A home away from home” for our more mature population - a
place to socialize, travel, and pursue educational programs.
Clubs, classes, mini-vacations, Oneg Shabbats, lectures &
luncheons are only a few of the events that make the "Golden Years"
even more enjoyable.
